    Responsibilities

     
    • Provide general administrative support to the executive team, including but not limited to, filing, word processing, copying of  correspondence, compiling general business reports, and preparing correspondence, proposals and presentations
    • Write and/or proofread correspondence, presentations, and other materials
    • Create and maintain operational reports as required
    • Responsible for scheduling meetings and travel arrangements
    • Provide support to schedule and coordinate company and/or client meetings and other events/activities
    • Responsible for maintaining office equipment
    • Assigned to special projects in Marketing, HR, and Talent Acquisition as needed 
    • Supervise receptionist and assume receptionist duties, as needed, which may include informing all office staff of daily activities, group or VIP arrivals, as well as special requests, checking accommodations, booking conference rooms, greeting guests upon arrival, notifying appropriate staff of guest arrival and escort to accommodations, if appropriate
     

    Qualifications

    • At least five to seven years of demonstrated executive-level administrative support experience in a fast-paced environment
    • A complete understanding of related administrative practices and the use of a variety of office procedures, software and equipment
    • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective office systems and processes
    • Good judgement, decision-making skills, and the ability to work independently
    • Superior organizational skills and the ability to set priorities and manage multiple projects
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills required to interface with clients, employees, and management
    • Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information

    • Supervise the accounting personnel of two reporting companies
    • Assist management in designing the future organizational structure adequate for achieving the departments goals and objectives
    • Oversee and be responsible for the maintenance of established control systems
    • Prepare monthly financials and Key Performance Indicators
    • Responsible for payroll and benefit reporting, as well as treasury management
    • Responsible for vendor management and weekly disbursements

    Qualifications

  • Manager/Director- Transaction Advisory Services: Financial Due Diligence

    Responsibilities

    • Lead buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, providing financial and business due diligence assistance to corporations and private equity investors
    • Analyze target company data to identify historical and projected operating trends, quality of earnings/assets, pro forma financials, working capital calculations, and potential liabilities/risks which impact valuation of and negotiation with the target company
    • Demonstrates thought leadership and a proven record of success directing efforts, identifying and addressing client needs: developing and sustaining extensive client relationships using networking, negotiation and persuasion skills to identify and sell potential new service opportunities; preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials; defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, and collection
    • Demonstrates extensive ability and success as a team leader: leading teams to generate a vision, to establish direction and motivate members, as well as create an atmosphere of trust, leverage diverse views, coach staff, to encourage improvement and innovation
    • Responsible for managing a group of individuals on specific projects and career management
    • Responsible for owning multiple complex engagements simultaneously with minimal supervision
    • Manage and coordinate approach of client, PHG’s engagement teams, and third- party diligence providers throughout the transaction process

    Qualifications

    • At least 5-7 years of experience working in an accounting role, with a minimum of 2-3 years  of Deals/Transaction Advisory experience at a Big Four or large national firm
    • Professional services background
    • CPA preferred
    • Bachelor’s degree in the Financial/Accounting field from an accredited university
    • Market facing, with experience in selling to new clients, as well as expanding services to existing clients
    • Ability to multi- task between responsibilities, prioritize and handle multiple requests

    Responsibilities

    • Lead an assortment of internal audit assignments and projects, which may include: compliance/operational audits, control environment / procedural evaluations, contractor and vendor audits, internal financial investigations, and other management requested projects
    • Develop accurate and complete audit work papers that adequately support audit findings and document work performed
    • Prepare audit issues and summarize findings and recommendations
    • Draft audit reports for Supervisor/Manager review and Director issuance to clients
    • Perform internal control testing and documentation in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
    • Develop cost effective solutions to control weaknesses or inefficiencies noted

     

    Qualifications

    • At least 2-3 years of experience working in an internal audit / risk advisory role, either in public accounting, client services, or a corporate environment
    • Bachelor’s degree in the Financial/Accounting field from an accredited university; CPA/ CIA preferred

    Responsibilities

    • Lead a diverse group of projects, which may include IPO readiness (S-1 drafting and filing), technical accounting and reporting support, business combination support, audit readiness, and other non-routine transaction services
      Prepare annual and quarterly reports on Form 10-K and 10-Q, respectively, as well as current reports on Form 8-K
    • Perform technical accounting research and prepare accounting memos on complex issues such as debt and equity issuances, business combinations, debt modification and extinguishments, collaboration agreements and share-based compensation arrangements
    • Perform work around business combinations, including closing and opening balance sheets, preparation of financial statements for acquired companies, completion of pro forma statements and related financial statement disclosures
    • Implement new accounting standards at clients, including ASC 606, 842, and 326
    • Draft SEC comment letters as well as registration statement updates
    • Interact collaboratively with independently registered accounting firms to ensure effective and efficient audit and review processes
    • Manage client relationships and deliver professional execution of engagements
    • Work on multiple engagements simultaneously, with minimal supervision on specific projects
    •  May be responsible for managing a small group of individuals on specific projects

    Qualifications

    • At least 4-7 years of experience working in an accounting/ advisory role, with at least 3 years at a Big Four or a large national firm
    • Combination of public accounting and industry experience; balance in both areas highly preferred
    • Professional services background
    • CPA preferred
    • Bachelor’s degree in the Financial/Accounting field from an accredited university
    • Strong current knowledge of GAAP
    • Ability to multi- task between responsibilities, prioritize, and handle multiple requests
    • Strong analytical ability
