We’re here to help.
We have a dedicated team of experienced consultants united by a strong set of core values, including a deep commitment to excellence.
With varied experience from domestic and international organizations, small to mid-sized to large private and public companies, as well as private equity firms and their portfolio companies, we have deep accounting experience and real-world operating know-how. This, allows us to design and implement tailored solutions to complex situations and provide credible perspectives and value-added advice on critical business objectives.
Each member of our team possesses approximately 10 years of experience while our most senior leaders have over 20 years of Big Four and industry experience.
As transaction advisors, it’s our cross-functional, Big Four due diligence and valuation expertise and operational acumen that allow us to successfully execute deals and enhance value creation initiatives. Whether on the buy side or optimizing a sale, we deliver the end-to-end, integrated transaction advisory support private equity firms and corporate acquirers need.
As accounting advisors, we’ve been on both the audit and industry side and have been responsible for ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SEC filing requirements, so we can identify and solve accounting and reporting issues before they arise.
